 Preparation of Method statement for safe and hazard free execution of the routineactivities. Record of the activities assigned to the safety officer and site supervisor andconducting periodic inspection. Steering efforts in arrangement of materials and raw-materials well in advance andperiodical inspection of the use of materials are being carried out as per the standards. Arrangement of periodic inspection by the consultants followed by site inspections beforeconcreting by the local municipal authorities as per standards. Planning & execution of the work activities with the Project Manager so that all the tasks are completedwell in advance to match the schedule of the project. Coordination with the MEP , fire-fighting, HVAC and keeping a track of their activities toensure whether those activities are running parallel to the civil works. Ultimately reporting all of the mentioned activates and progress to the Project Managerand clarifying whether any changes is to be made in the work progress and tasks.
