•Working in teams that handle pre/post settlement support and ensuring all process of confirmation are completed on a timely basis•Reviewing Structured Product’s term sheets and confirmations provided by the internal Marketers and Operation groups•Ensuring all commodity and trades are booked accurately and correspond to the terms as agreed between the FOs and the Client•Responsible for ensuring that all operational issues are resolved, procedures and controls are updated periodically•Getting exposure and understanding of Interest Rate Swaps, Credit and Exotic Derivatives Products•Getting experience of trade support roles with exposure to trade life cycles, process flows and reconciliation with proven track record in managing and developing control functions. Second checking and signing the legal confirmations of trades drafted by the FTs with the help of Structured Product term sheets and the booking systems of the trade, to find the total accuracy in confirmation and also ensuring timely dispatch of confirmation to the client. Responsible for processing activities of Derivative operations would include assisting Manager in the day to day operations. Acting as a subject matter expert and supporting the team in understanding concepts relating to the process. Responsible for ensuring day to day process deliverable are met, without compromising on quality and accuracy
