• Coordinate project activities to achieve agreed milestones reaching maximum client satisfaction by directing the work of the project engineers and liaising with all departments reaching multinational desks (Client engineers, inspectors and sub vendors).• Monitor and control project deliverables, technical quires and formulate additional work request/change orders variations and also validate with client and sub vendors.• Monitor the project processes to identify opportunities for improving the project financial results on the basis of project changes and events (schedule, scope etc.) and initiate actions to convert it into results.• Technical evaluation of project specification and critical review of client requirements, Identify problem areas and deviation, clarify with customer/client engineers and take necessary action accordingly.• Commercial control of project from order placement to project close out including project terms negotiation, stage payment control, invoicing, contract variation management self financing project cash flow control.• Sub contract management including monitoring and expediting and positively influencing the contractors performance at different destinations including Netherlands,Saudi Arabia,UAE etc

•Project engineering and design activities based on project specifications, international & local standards and regulations for custody metering systems (skid mounted packages) and produced water treatment packages.•Organize key project meetings which include Contract review, Design review, Project meetings and Pre inspection Meeting (PIM) with client.•Initiate detailed engineering and co-ordination with departments like E&I, System, Production, QC, Document control and Design office. •Review and approval of technical documents of subvendor items including pressure vessels, pumps, meters, shutdown valves, control valves etc •Prepare,submit,monitor and control project technical queries, additional work requests and change orders and to verify it with the client•Co-ordination with clients, sub contactors, third party inspectors, suppliers etc to ensure smooth integration of services•Budget monitoring and control to achieve overall project requirement, profitability and to liaise with project manger on possible potential area of risks or reward•Preparing specifications, data sheets and contracts for Instrumentation, Valves, Vessels, Meters etc. •Select sub-vendors and issue purchase order specifications for material/equipment procurement ensuring satisfactory cost control within the budget. •Reviewing and verifying engineering drawings which includes P & ID’s, GA’s & Electrical drawings and calculations including wake frequency, flow sizing, safety valve and control valve sizing etc. with related technical details. •Inspect and monitor the fabrication, assembly and testing of the plant and equipment and find solutions on day-to-day problems. •Responsible for internal and external FAT activities in coordination with client in ensuring that it meets with project requirements.

•Preparation of Project Documents package including O&M manuals.•Timely Preparation of method statements, material submittals and drawings for the execution of works.•Estimation of Quantities for the project from the tender and shop drawings.•Monitoring of material requisitions from site for quantities and to ensure conformance to client’s specifications as per the applicable codes, drawings etc.•Negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors for cost effect to company and better delivery.•Preparing and finalizing purchase orders for the main core materials for the project.•Ensure main construction materials reach at site within the contractual dates in close coordination with the suppliers.•Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on procurement and construction progress as well as forecasts and expenditures.•Preparation of EPC Monthly progress reports consisting of progress S-Curve and details for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning activities and invoices as per client agreement on claimed physical progress and project milestone.•To identify and prepare cost estimates and submit proposal for identified change work order/change request reflecting impact schedule according to contract clauses provisions and schedule of rates for review and approval by client. •Monitoring all sub contractors performance and actual progress against the EPC Project Schedule •Oversee, review and evaluate subcontractors change request and invoices. To administer and validate subcontractors remeasurement sheets prior to invoicing.•Participating in technical discussion with Client, Consultant and colleagues with regards to all aspects of project activities.•Technical correspondences with the consultants, clients, sub contractors.•Planning using P3, progress reporting & invoicing for erection of 55 MGPD Desalination units.
