• Raising Purchase orders based on the minimum stock level/Average monthly demand • Ensuring that customers are billed promptly and vendors submit their invoices on time Coordination with procurement coordinator and finance department in case of any invoice related issues • Liaising with other departments and customers concerning requirements for outward goods and associated forwarding transportation • Coordinate with subordinates to fill New Items Request Forms for price approval from Defense Logistics Agency• Follow up with supplier to load the container within 3 weeks after placing the order • Coordinating with shipping line to deliver containers to warehouse according to priority of items• Generating Goods in Voucher report and monitor the short shelf life items received • Resolve vendor grievances, and claims against NCR’s • Analyse market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future product availability • Coordinating with warehouse managers and QA to monitor the quality of received goods
