Work with the team-based culture which involved planning, coordination, communication, commitment & deadlines with a flexible and detail-oriented attitude with the ability to interact effectively with people working at all levels.• Digital mock-up validation of full vehicle in detail for interference, parts mismatch and verify design against previously identified design issues from similar architecture for different gates as per Global vehicle development process (GVDP) cycle.• Collaborated with designers to understand product specifications, and worked to ensure a proper design.• Ensuring Engine, Suspension and Flexible hose components has sufficient clearance with the surrounding parts during dynamic conditions as per the best practices.• Worked in testing of Digital vehicle assembly structure to ensure Preproduction Build excellence before physical production builds in plant.• Extensive working knowledge of Electric vehicles and conventional IC engine vehicles (Cars & Trucks).• Knowledge of Battery Management system (BMS).• Creation and maintenance of single authorized structure for build line (FBOM) of different Aircraft Engines.• Clash detection and error reporting for working assemblies and Solution DAPs.• Geometry positional corrections in UG-NX as per defined guidelines.• Creation of Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM) and Abbreviated Component Maintenance Manuals (ACMM) for interiors of Different Aircrafts using ATA iSPEC 2200 and S1000D standards.• Preparation of part drawings and Illustrated Parts List.• Responsible for internal quality reviews and on-time delivery.
