Execution of Fttx construction works, Managing vendor teams to implementing work flow procedures & supervising all teams during day to day tasks ,providing support in escalated situations  & managing overall work flow of a work place.-Handling FTTH roll out ,work with local authorities for permissions,resolve issues with RWA.-Drawing project area of interest after getting input from business team & modifying it based on major geographical constraints & land base data.-Network planning & design with help of Arc GIS & Autocad ,-Intial desktop designing of FTTX Network –Fibre Serving Area(FSA) & Customer serving area (CSA) using autocad.-Calculate BOM(Bill of materials ) & BOQ as per design.-Releasing splice plan,ODN,CIVIL Plan & Fibre distribution panel (FDP) termination plan for the FSA.-Enterprise connectivity planning using existing core fibre network & FTTH network.-Installation & commissioning of various network devices.-Familiar with OLT,Splitters,Feeder,Distribution,drop & various elements in FTTX architecture.-Feasibility & joint survey of designed FTTx network  coordinate with business team & construction team for correct mapping of building .-Digital updation of FTTx work using Mconstruct application, Checking optical & civil distribution plan ,splicing plan & ensuring civil, optical & erection work execution as per these plan, Splicing of optical fibre cables, Preparation of OTDR report,  Power meter report(LSPM)  ,Submitting  the daily progress report.

Execution of infrastructure development works, Preparing drawing of various projects under KLDC using autocad, Estimation, Preparation of project report based on the request of padasekharasamithies and submit to the government, Submitting of timely progress report. Verification of measurement book.

Preparing Bar Bending Schedule,Design the drawing of various project plans using Autocad, Execution of Powerhouse, Sevice bay, Switchyard, Bridge. Checking and reviewing the drawings received from KSEB and ensuring execution as per these drawings. Submitting future scheduled programs, weekly programs, daily progress report, and consumption reports. Monitoring Drilling and blasting of rocks and construction of RR Masonary Retaining wall, RCC Retaining wall at Switchyard. Participate weekly meeting conducted in KSEB department officers to discuss about the future scheduled programs.

Assisting in preparation of estimates for civil works, site visit
