A dedicated QA/QC Painting/Coating Inspector with nearly a decade of experience in ensuring the quality and integrity of industrial coatings. Holding a Mechanical Engineering degree and certifications in NACE/AMPP CIP Level 2, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, and Hot Dip Galvanizing Inspection, I bring a strong foundation to my work. My expertise lies in understanding various coating systems, applying relevant industry NACE, ISO , ASTM and SSPC standards, and proficiently using inspection techniques such as cleanliness inspection, visual inspection, salt contamination , adhesion and holiday test and surface profile and DFT measurement. I am skilled in surface preparation, coating application methods, and possess a good knowledge of coating chemistry, failure analysis, and surveying procedures. My experience includes working with Saudi Aramco and Adnoc paint specifications, making me well-versed in regional standards and requirements.
