About Sujith Rajagopal
Growing up, I would dismantle every toy/gadget at sight in an attempt to understand how and why they work the way they do and rebuild to full functionality. Just like everything in life, I succeeded at some and lost others. My broken toys were not enough to stop me, rather, I approached life with lessons from the failed experiments to ensure success. I would attribute my greatest wins to my extremely inquisitive nature which enables me to understand what exists and opportunities to reinvent and recreate.Starting my career in Data Science seemed like a mismatch at first given my background in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering. However, I immediately recognised the opportunity it presented, to understand my most important skill-set : solving problems and leaving things better than I found it. I put the customer at the center of all that I do. - I love to dig into customer problems and solve them with modern technology. - I create, scale and optimise business portfolios that matter. - I focus on delivering high quality solutions, building synergetic teams and adapting to new learnings.I seek data for all my decisions. - I solve problems leveraging various data points through advanced data analytics- I focus on the holistic picture and have big ideas- Lots of people have big ideas. Execution is what matters, and I do execution.I educate, refine and drive myself to be a better person- I am constantly learning because I never settle- I stay calm when faced with adversity- I love to win, but helping the team win gives me greater joy.You will find me observing how people meet their daily needs, obsessing over changing consumer sentiments and analysing disruptive business models in a bid to create ventures with a positive impact on people, organisations, and society at large.I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives.
