CurrentAs a Logistics Coordinator, I spearhead Equipment Management and Inventory allocation operations for all coastal ports in the UAE while overseeing Maintenance and Repair (M&R) responsibilities for Import & Export MTY CMA Units.Proactively troubleshoot challenges, streamline operational workflows, consistently deliver exceptional service to clients, and align the company's mission and vision, ensuring high satisfaction levels.Manage a team of 5 in the absence of the manager, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure smooth operations and continuity in workflow.Work closely and form partnerships with key vendors including MECRC, BOX CARE, GCR, ALLIED, DBCS, and DPW to ensure seamless Gate In processes and optimize M&R activities.Effectively manage M&R concerns and drive Gate In customer recoveries for four ports across the UAE, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, frequent follow-ups, and attention to detail.Utilize strong negotiation skills to manage budgets effectively, aligning rates with customer satisfaction and company directives to maximize cost efficiencies.Generate comprehensive monthly and weekly reports on savings, recovery, inspections, stock position, import/export stocks, storage analysis, repo plans, and intermodal targets providing valuable insights to CMA GCC cluster groups, head office, and reporting managers.Providing VSL discharge plans for import containers, optimizing logistics processes, and enhancing operational efficiency.Ensure verification and approval of invoices for all logistics-related activities through the CORSAIR CMA portal, maintaining financial accuracy and integrity.Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing the Dubai Trade (DXB), MAQTA (AUH) portal, and CMA applications such as LARA, iRecovery, IMARS, GAIA, and Corsair to efficiently handle logistics-related service requests and ensure smooth operations.
