Responsibilities :  Technical and engineering support for troubleshooting of mechatronics and crane control systems. Planning, scheduling and performing preventive and corrective maintenance of cranes.  Leading a team of engineers, mechanics and technicians, and giving instructions for maintenance activities.  Troubleshooting and rectification of on site machine failures. Conduct training to technical crew in accordance with developed manuals by manufacturers.  Keep records of work activities, tasks carried out, parts used through stores, etc.  Ensure that safe systems of work are adopted and company Health Safety and Environment policies are followed at all times.

Responsibilities :  Providing technical and engineering support in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting of cranes.  Reacting to the on-site breakdowns, locating the fault, analyzing the issue and rectifying in a timely manner to keep operation downtime to a minimum.  Preparation of reports and documents with company standards.  Assist and submit reports to senior engineer and fleet maintenance manager.  Routine inspection and maintenance of cranes for avoiding breakdowns.  Checking warranty of cranes and take necessary actions during machine failures.

Responsibilities : Provide delegate tasks to work force with guidance to complete the jobs without delays.  Interpretation and analysis of diagrams and drawings to provide engineering or technical supports on requirement.  Ensuring proper erection and alignment of pipelines and components.  Prepare manpower utilisation report and collaborate with planning department in preparing the daily progress report.  Material inspection and coordination of QA/QC activities.  Submit site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all monitoring reports on regular basis as required.  Management of project schedules and responsible for safety health environment standards at sites.
