Hello, I'm Sujit Kumar Chand, a passionate Food Technologist with an extensive background in Food Technology. I hold an M.Sc. from CSIR-CFTRI and a B.Sc. in Horticulture. Currently excelling in R&D within the biscuit division, where I apply my skills across food production and innovation.Throughout my academic journey, I've deepened my knowledge in various aspects of food technology, including agriculture, quality assurance, production, new product development (NPD), food safety, food hygiene, GMP, and HACCP.During my academic tenure, I had the privilege of gaining hands-on experience through internships. At McCain Foods, Gujarat, I spent 4 months in the quality assurance department, honing my skills in maintaining impeccable quality control, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure top-tier products.
