i. Ensuring standard Quality practices & procedures to ensure standard quality practices for sampling, release of raw material, packaging material, finished goods as per AQL and analytical protocols are followed at plant.ii. Ensuring stringent IPQC checks are implemented at shop floor and all quality incidents are mapped for resolutions as per set SOPs.iii. Co-ordinating with 3P team, Company Quality/R&D/SCM and other stakeholders of company on critical quality related matters and extend support to 3P team in providing resolutions.iv. Responsible for implementing CAPA related to the product or process in relevant areas to prevent recurrence.v. Support 3P for management of QMS activities like std. of specification of Bulk/RM/PM, artworks, shade cards related to plant and co-ordination with respective teams.vi. Ensure compliance of local BSTI/LM laws for company products in coordination with 3P team.vii. Lead QA/QC validations, tech-transfer and ensuring right Quality FG release to market.viii. Support Global Quality audit program by company as per standard audit requirements at 3P plant. ix. Driving improvement in QACI (Quality Assurance Capability Index), QRI (Quality Rating Index) & QMS (Quality Management Systems) as per company Quality standards. x. Periodically review manufacturing and packaging practices at 3P for adherence standard manufacturing processes xi. Conducting periodical reviews and create/establish new SOPs, processes & work instructions in coordination with 3P practices maintain sustainable QA processes across the value chain. xii. Maintain Customer Complaint program (VOC) by accessing feedbacks from all available channels, provide disposition and ensure investigation’s feedbacks are received to have closure of complaints in timely manner. xiii. Share daily/monthly MIS and structured trend analysis reports for overall quality status.

Job Responsibility:• Monitoring the lab operation by accomplishing the necessary testing work & handling the apparatus• Modification of some of the SOPs & implementing them in the organization• Preparing all necessary documents for food safety audit & ensuring highest score. • Supervising the activities of 5 people in the team, disbursing task among the team members, regular follow up of the task & evaluation of the performance.• Analyzing the risk & taking necessary measures for risk management & hazard management • Competitors’ product analysis & recommending for product development when needed. • Checking the quality factors for corporate clients like, KFC, BFC, Red Crescent etc• Accomplishment of all necessary testing of raw materials & finished products. • Overseeing the functionalism of the ETP plant as per international standard• Giving input of the necessary data in SAP & generating reports needed by management • Doing all necessary water testing & other chemical testing in the lab.

Job Responsibility:• Analysis of Raw materials, Packaging materials, Finished Goods of Toiletries product (5 different colored Soap, Toothbrush, Sanitary Napkins and Diaper) to ensure consistent quality & standard. • Sampling & analyzing sample of Raw materials & Packaging materials & reporting• Analysis of In-process (Bulk) product and finished product and reporting.• Inspection & Monitoring of production floor, manufacturing process and packaging process frequently to ensure consistent product quality.• Study and reporting of market return & retention sample collection and preservation.• Doing TFM testing for the products of competitors & worked in product development team• Implementing quality development tools & techniques in the production process• Checking the quality parameters, ensuring proper calibration of the machines & taking care of the functionalism of the lab apparatus. • Ensuring the quality parameters of the raw material & finished goods as per check list. • Generating different reports & doing hourly checking of the quality parameters in the factory• Visiting outside factory & checking the quality parameters as set by the company.
