I realized the importance of building the right team to achieve the objectives of an organization. One of the most important attributes to build a winning team is to recruit the right person for the right job.I realised that I can add value to this aspect through my experience of recruiting people at different levels across organizations and my learnings from success and failures in the process.This led me to the intriguing objective of serving organizations in their recruitment process by finding out the right candidates for the right positions.I am thus leading a recruitment team now and my USP is that I would provide better candidates than other search consultants through my process of going into the essence of the job requirements and interviewing the candidates thoroughly before shortlisting them and sending to the clients.This would save invaluable time for key management people of organizations and make the process efficient and effective.My motto is to be "Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist" and be a "Recruitment Partner For Success" for organizations.
