Tim Hortons® is an iconic global coffee brand established in 1964 in Canada. We launched the brand in India in 2022. Part of the founding leadership team in the country and responsible for setting up the IT organization and systems in India.

Praxis Home Retail Limited is part of Future Group and we own and manage the Furniture Retail brand Hometown. We are a pioneer in Home Solutions in India having set up the first offline store in 2007. We currently have 49 stores across India, with business model spanning Furniture, Homeware, Modular Kitchen and Design & Build (Interior Design) in the B2C (primarily) and B2B segments. I am responsible for the Technology function, right from building an IT strategy, Program Management of the application portfolio comprising Salesforce (which includes Sales and Service), SAP, etc. to building & managing the E-commerce engineering team

Reliance Brands is a market leader in the Luxury Retail segment in India. Having launched its first Diesel store around 2011, it currently has a portfolio of around 52 brands ranging from Mens casual (Diesel, Superdry, Gas, etc.), Men's formal (Armani, Ermenegildo Zigna, Brooks Brothers, Thomas Pink, etc.), Women's wear, Handbags and Accessories (Jimmy Choo, Kate Spade, etc.), Footwear (Dune London, Steve Madden, etc.) & Toys (Hamleys). While heading the Technology function at Reliance Brands, some of my key achievements were: Post merger IT integration of Reliance Brands & Genesis Luxury as well as Reliance Brands & Mothercare, Building an Endless Aisle solution using Fynd & Tata Cliq and migrating the POS solution from Retail-Pro to Jio-POS.

The Technology Strategy COE is an integral part of the Consulting practice at Tech Mahindra. The Technology Strategy practice excels in IT Advisory consulting and in enabling the Application Development & Maintenance teams in owning up end-to-end project deliverables starting from building IT Portfolio optimization roadmap to the completion of entire Software Development Lifecycle.My responsibilities involved growing the practice in APAC and Middle East. Some of my key achievements were: 1.Revamping the Analytics portfolio of a major Mall Management firm of UAE, right from drafting operational KPIs to drafting BRDs to leading the Technical team to deploy Real Estate Analytics Solutions and Project Management solutions.2.Transforming the Core Banking solution of one of the largest banks of Vietnam.

The Solutions & Consulting group of iGATE (formerly Patni Computer Systems) excelled in IT Application Portfolio Optimization, IT Cost optimization consulting and building/optimizing the Enterprise Architecture of its strategic clients.My responsibilities evolved from being a SME in IT Application Portfolio Rationalization (APR) to being a senior member of the COE handling IT Optimization (Cost Optimization, APR) to consulting clients on setting up or optimizing their Enterprise Architecture.Some of my key achievements in this role were: 1.Part of a 4 member team that built the Enterprise Architecture of an iconic greenfield Sports Complex (Stadiums, Malls/Restaurants, Indoor Training centres, libraries, Waterfront, etc.) in Singapore.2.Post merger IT Portfolio rationalization of 2 fortune 500 organizations expertised in Industrial Valve Manufacturing.3.Application Portfolio Rationalization of one of the largest Mobile Manufacturing firm in the world4.Developing a joint Enterprise Architecture practice involving iGATE and one of the largest Optical Retailers of UK
