Current• Working in all sections of the laboratory, including sample processing at moderate risk biosafety level 2 and high risk biosafety level 3. • Performing quality control and quality assessment in diagnostic microbiology; conducting antimicrobial susceptibility testing. Produce laboratory reagents and test samples and developed testing methods.• Interpret and documented test outcomes, sample information and other work-related data.• Pre-analytical manipulation of tissues, biopsies, sterile fluids including CSFs.• Post analytical processes including data interpretation, reporting and validating.• Operate and maintained laboratory instruments and ensured their security. • Interpret and complied with ES&H safety guidelines, SOPs and statutory regulations.
