I have more than 21 years of professional experience in erection, commissioning, operation and maintenance spanning various domain like water & waste water treatment, Metals & minerals , Oil & hydrocarbon , Nuclear power plant.My experience started from being a part of operation & maintenance team in CRM, Tata steel, Utility , where I used to be responsible for the maintenance of electrical and instrumentation system of DM plant , softening plant, pretreatment plant, waste water treatment & effluent treatment plant . Troubleshooting with various electrical and field instruments gave me a good technical understanding. I moved to erection and commissioning role in my second organization where my role was more into erection and commissioning of electrical , instrumentation , automation of RO/UF skids , desalination plant.My professional journey in my third organization Tata Projects limited involved detail engineering and commissioning support for hydrocarbon and metal & minerals project for prestigious clients like Cairn India, SAIL, NMDC . I was also into Proposal engineering for sometime .In Wabag , I was involved in site erection and commissioning, operation & maintenance profile and was able to successfully complete projects for prestigious clients like IOCL, Paradeep OWSSB/JICA . In my present role , I am leading the electrical, instrumentation & automation of cooling tower , pump house & other process buildings project for Rooppur Nuclear power plant in Ishwardi , Pabna , Bangladesh. (Project value: 307 MUSD) for Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission . My competence has always been analytical thinking , technical knowledge , team building , cross functional coordination, vendor management, planning, site management , client management , client billing .I was adjudged the best employee while I was working with ION-Exchange in the year 2005 and chosen for best contribution award in Wabag in the year 2020.
