RWN is a not for profit organization where I carried out multiple roles. Major part of my work has been fieldwork, understanding people's need who have been displaced against their will, and assist them settling down and embrace their new environment. This included running outreach programs, planning and arranging health camps, seminars and workshops for financial independence, adult education workshops, writing and managing grants and so on. My responsibilities also included office administration, vendor management, IT infrastructure management, Social media campaign management and strategy, database maintenance and so on. I have been overseeing the B2C communication strategy as the product which is a portal establishing a 360 degree connect between both ends of the service required effective human interaction and optimum automation.
