Software Asset/License Management -Update and Upgrade new licenses with FlexLM, RLM, LMX, DSLS, LUM and other proprietary license managers-Maintain license compliance as per the vendor agreements. Assess the license usage on frequent intervals and manage non-compliant users by corrective actions-Doing analysis on license usage patterns and provides suggestions to optimize usage and procurement suggestions during renewal resulting in cost savings.-Track license renewal and coordinate with client and Vendor for upgrade -Coordinate with change manager and Wintel/Unix team for approval and implementation of activity-Prepare Budget reports for license for financial year. -Configure and manage license usage monitoring in Altair HiQube, OpenIT and PHP watcher. Generate required reports from Altair HiQube.-Manage license reservations/access control on servers and optimize license usage using options file.-Manage NNU license allocations and compliance. Provide Quarterly usage analysis for customer to assist allocation decision-Generating/Reviewing the comparing report (Beyond compare tool) of old/new licenses and to get it approved by clientCAD/CAE Application Support-Implementation/Upgradation of various customized environments along with CATIA V5/Creo/ProE for OEMs such as VW, DAIMLER, BMW, PSA,FORD,HONDA,TOYOTA, and so on. -Configuring DSLS and Catiav5/Creo on servers. -Administration /Configuration/Support of Open DXM.-Administration/Configuration/Installation of APIS IQFMEA application on client and servers.-Technical Support for applications like Ansys, Abaqus, Fluent, AutoCAD, UG NX, Catiav5, Open DXM, Solidworks, SolidEdge and so on.-Change Management Process as per ITIL guidelines, attending CAB, TAB meeting. -Incident Management-Co-ordination with Global CFT & global clients.-Understanding of Statement/ Scope of work, estimating time duration & team required for the project, interacting with On-site coordinators while completing the project.

(PR requisition/ MIV / Inventory status), Issuing and Maintaining the inventory of required materials including Hardware, Components, grinding wheels, work blades, belts & diamonds, nut & bolts, cotton waste, Rust guard oil and so on.Taking physical Inventory of Material (Raw material, in process material, finished material for 20 different production lines) with Lean Manufacturing concept. -Arrangement of Manpower during shift hours and at shift changing hours.-Setting of job priorities for the Different machines on the basis of Inventory & Management requirement.-Daily Production Report to DGM/Shift In charge.-Production Log Book data feeding to oracle based system directly reporting to process Department of FAG Germany. -Calculation and coordination of monthly overtime data of Employees.-Calculation of the Maltz and Nutzung of all the machines. Machine and Manpower efficiency.-Operating of all the MDR (Machine Date Recorder) machines, which give us the idea about loss time and actual production time for machines. Main Objective of our department is that, all 20 production lines should be feed with Material without any downtime.-Study manufacturing drawing and conveying same to production team.-Sequence of operations and Time study.-To provide guidance and training to operator to minimize the operation time.-Take care about safety of worker during working.-Preparation of job schedule to achieve target of production.-Inspection of job after completion on machine and off machine.-Inspection Report and Approval from QC DEPT.-Machine cleaning and Scrap storage.
