CurrentGenerating appropriate research pertaining to the particular assignments with a clear understanding of the project requirements and client needs.· Develop target sourcing list in collaboration with the Consultant.· Identifying appropriate potential candidates pertaining to particular assignment via a direct approach (cold calling) and working through network of contacts and company information.· Interviewing and screening candidates to discern their suitability for the relevant position, gather relevant market information, and develop their professional network.· Further deepen understanding of various industries, their competitive landscape, company corporate structures and business models.· Expanding network of business contacts and developing the relationship for future needs.· As an experienced assistant consultant could assist in managing client relationship, taking a key role in interacting and maintaining open communications with the client.1、a 负责会计师事务所行业内高级审计员、审计经理、审计部门合伙人、质控经理、内控咨询岗位以及 税务岗位的招聘，尤其擅长审计业务岗位的招聘。 b负责互联网金融消费金融行业岗位招聘，包括实际开发岗位（java、C++、web等）、数据分析、技术总监、产品经理、企业软件顾问、风控总监、客户总监等2、了解和收集事务所领域以及互联网领域的行业信息以及薪酬福利信息，包括岗位招聘需求以及专业知识需求，与客户和候选人均保持良好的合作关系，为候选人以及客户提供专业的人才流动信息。3、根据对项目需求和客户需求的清晰理解，规划做项目的具体执行方案面试和甄别候选人，以确认他们是否适合相关职位，Follow候选人从面试到上岗以及试用期结束期间的全程动态，为候选人提供及时的顾问咨询与跟踪反馈4、协助Team Leader负责团队新员工业务培训和日常管理中case的布置与指导工作5、候选人以及社会关系来源主要为四大、本土八大以及大型游戏公司，金融互联网公司各类消费金融头部公司，以及企业信息技术公司
