Customer Relationship Manager: Roles and Responsibilities  Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data  Managing post sales client interactions related to disbursement of funds in a timely manner  Ensuring regular follow up via. Mails, Calls to the clients for payment of their EMIs  Understanding client requirements related to plan/architecture and conveying same to the site/project in-charge  Handle client issues post sales until possession in timely and accurate fashion.  Ensure smooth transition of possession to the clients by handing over the documents and other requisite formalities. Financial Management: Roles and Responsibilities  Scrutinizing IT documents and attending to their queries related to purchase bills, unsecured loans confirmations, cash in hand, other deposits and withdrawals.  Reconciling the accounts/cash flows with banks and internal systems  Budgeting of the under construction sites for loan requirements, designing/preparing a plan for loan disbursement and ensuring timely closure on same.  Filling of Service tax, TDS, VAT  Updating daily purchase orders in the system.

India Office

Handling end to end process of updating time sheets for resources working at onshore locations for the efforts spent on the projects. Invoicing on weekly/monthly basis to the clients for the efforts expended on the projects. Collecting resumes of the candidates formatting them and sharing same with Organizations.  Processing visa documentation for the selected candidates.
