Building voice channel into the eGain CRM using CTConnect and Asterisk platforms.

Involved in design and development of telephony framework to develop CTI applications like IVR, VoiceMail, Call Center, Predictive Dialer. I was also responsible for S/W testing, Product documentation, source code management, and product release management.

Worked on Call Center product used for customer support of HARRIS Prepaid System. It used MS TAPI 2.1 and proprietary TAPI TSPI to communicate with HARRIS switches.

Worked on PS and PCL printer drivers for Interface Connection GmbH. Ported drivers from C to C++ for document processor called HIT.Implemented features in Hospital Management System for Softcon GmbH. Designed widgets in C++ and MFC using model-view-controller design pattern.

Responsible for designing of the framework to create screen monitor widgets dynamically on Windows NT platform using MSVC 2.0.

Worked on a document processor engine used to generate objective and subjective type questions and answers. The output can then be edited using Windows 3.1.
