Regulatory Compliance Specialist
CurrentProduct Stewardship and Regulatory Compliance Specialist for a world leading speciality chemicals company formulating and manufacturing petroleum additives for lubricants and fuels.- Process owner and subject expert of Nordic product registrations for use of emergency health response, MSDS and label monitoring to support international shipping.- MSDS/label authoring and compliance checks for R&D and commercial products within the EMEA region in accordance with Reg. (EC) No 1907/2006 and Reg. (EC) No 1272/2008 (and as amended by GB CLP Reg. UK SI 2019/720 and UK SI 2020/1567).- Substance classification and labelling dossier preparation and submission to ECHA and HSE.- Assessment of vendor MSDSs with national regulation for R&D and manufacturing use.- Leading regulatory reviews as a part of product commercialisation.- Submission and maintenance for EU Poison Centre Notifications.- Managing KKDIK customer Only Representative maintenance and support.- Proficient in technical customer enquiries and forms (for instance, regulations including RoHS, REACH Annex XIV and XVII) for Infineum’s wide product portfolio.- Launching and actioning complex projects resulting in large-scale MSDS and label updates.- Training and supporting two colleagues with no prior regulatory experience.- HSE representative for the department.- Familiarity with SAP EHS Module, ECHA, IUCLID, REACH-IT, 3E Notify, ChemDraw and Excel.
