Sukhbir Singh serves as the Director of Diverse Services. He has over 12 years of experience managing both regulated and unregulated care services in West London. Sukhbir worked in the supported living sector and supported over a 100 service users. In doing so he created specialised services such as, substance misuse, learning disability, challenging behaviour and all female services.. All services that Sukhbir had created and managed were thought highly of by local authorities in West London. For each service, Sukhbir had a diverse range of support packages which helped service users in having a sustainable placement which inevitably led to independent living. Sukhbir, who is of South Asian descent, witnessed the lack of understanding of mental health issues in minority communities. Therefore, Diverse Services was created to support all vulnerable citizens and help reduce the stigma associated with mental illness. He is committed to the betterment of Health and Social Care in England.
