Diversification of Business Model into retail and enterprise: We transitioned from a generic model, which offered consistent rates for all our customers irrespective of the quantum of their business, to a more specific mode, which diversified customers into enterprise and retail. c. Mass Onboarding of Drivers: Before conducting survey, we focused upon increasing utilization of limited supply of vehicle. But post survey we realized that drivers were unwilling to give up their existing clients and expecting 100% was not feasible. Thus we changed our focus towards mass hiring and started building channel partners such as Automobile agencies, finance agents, etc., which helped us with supply as well as offered sponsorships for tie-ups and driver events. d. Revamped Driver Onboarding Process: We designed onboarding mobile application to speed up documentation process through paperless onboarding, which changed driver onboarding process from 3 days to 2 hours.e. Increased Driver engagement activities: I realized our biggest competitor was traditional industry thorough understanding of traditional industry was must to scale up. As drivers were best source of that knowledge, we started various driver engagement activities.f. Expanded operations to Jaipur: Once business model started taking shape in Indore, we started surveying other Tier 2 cities and Jaipur was selected as favorable location for expansion.
