• Troubleshoot and support Well/Land Asset Management applications (eWatch, Complete Well Summary, Landrite, WORCS etc.) for Cenovus Clients.• Administrate Drilling & Completion applications (Wellview, Siteview, Rigview, etc.).• Responsible to ensure business ownership and technical support documentation is update to by following (SWAM, ISIS, Datum, Callflow, AppMapper) process flows.• Understand the technical architecture, security requirements and data dependencies of the supported applications.• Be knowledgeable of the business users/owners and how these applications support the business.• Prioritize incidents and requests in ServiceNow to ensure Service Level Agreements are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.• Follow appropriate Change Management process to get approvals when making a change in production environment and ensure business has been communicated regarding the change. • Write/run SQL queries against the database to update/add records.• Prepare test environments and ensure databases are refreshed for User Acceptance Testing.• Schedule and run weekly/monthly tape runs in Linux system and coordinate with other teams to ensure data is backed up properly.• Work in a team environment to maintain a strong relationship with the business and other IT groups.• Train new users on ServiceNow tool and ITSM processes (Incident Management, Change Management and Request management).

• Provide second level support for hardware, software, and telecommunication related issues. • Install/upgrade and configure all desktop computers, laptop computers, peripherals and software.• Troubleshoot basic network issues, software related issues and printing issues.• Document all issues and resolutions in ticketing system, ServiceNow. • Subject Matter Expert for SharePoint: support SharePoint site, including creation/deletion of sites and managing permissions.• Activate and troubleshoot Blackberries.• Work in a team environment to ensure client issues are resolved in a timely manner.• Support onsite/office meetings by setting up projectors, laptops and other conferencing equipments.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to “Utilitran Connect” software and scanners over the phone to clients all over North America. • Document problems in call ticketing system, SugarCRM (Commercial Open Source).• Create new users accounts and reset passwords following company’s security policy.• Create Ads for vendors, user guide and order guides using MS Office products.• Conduct Training Sessions over the Phone and using WebEx.• Assist in Software installation for new clients and go onsite to troubleshoot if required.• Work in a fast paced environment under minimum supervision and ensure clients’ issues are resolved in a timely manner.
