Assure hiring processes are being carried out promptly and that pipelines are brimming with applicants.Lead orientation, which should include introductions to coworkers and facility visits, among other things.Oversee HRIS (Jazz HR), which includes designating and guaranteeing completion of training as needed. Assist the executive administrator, operations teams, accounting, human resources manager, andoperations in closely monitoring the fulfillment of business needs.Answer generic HR questions from the public and internal parties as soon as possible by phone or email.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitmentsoftware.Generate reports and analytics on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and source effectiveness.Use data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
