I am a Retail Cashier and a Master of Computer Applications student with a passion for security and technology. At Pacific Mall Netaji Subhash Place, I delivered excellent customer service, managed cash transactions, and packaged goods for over eight months. I also learned how to operate various retail software and equipment, and how to handle customer complaints and queries.Previously, I worked as a Security Officer at Supreme Security Services, where I provided physical security and customer service to various clients in India. I handled multiple security incidents, such as theft, vandalism, and trespassing, and ensured the safety and satisfaction of the customers. I also developed core competencies in team management, risk assessment, and emergency response, and earned my Certified Protection Officer credential. Before that, I was a Customer Service Representative at Vodafone Idea Limited, where I assisted customers with their mobile and internet services, and improved their retention and loyalty. I also gained expertise in Bootstrap, a web development framework that I used to create responsive and user-friendly websites.I am pursuing my Master of Computer Applications degree at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, where I am studying computer application and computer science. I have a keen interest in learning new technologies and applying them to real-world problems. I have acquired skills in ASP.NET, a web framework that I used to build dynamic and interactive web applications.
