Negotiated and spearheaded multiple contracts with the federal government under the national shipbuilding strategy (NSS) for the design and construction of joint support ships of the Royal Canadian Navy. Completed all requirements related to scheduling and budgeting through effective communication with stakeholders.A few key achievements in this tenure include: ☛ Served as subject matter expert, determined customer issues, contracts and commercial risks by delivering coaching and training to the NSS program and other commercial business personnel’s.☛ Developed and sustained professional relationship with customer and internal stakeholders and reported timely deliverables including documentation, plans, milestones, and other unique contract requirements.

Delivered support to teams on contractual and other legal issues such as data protection, Bribery Act, content of advertisements, IP concerns, competition law, impact on the business of changes in regulations and e-commerce. Increased efficiency and reduced legal touch points by creating guidance, checklists for the CRM, PR and Social Media teams as well as updating standards and template documents for supply contracts.A few key achievements in this tenure include: Lead Legal Representative in respect of the Trainline-for-Business (B2B) and SME product area across Europe.☛ Confirmed compliance of processes, policies, and contracts, by coordinating and managing multiple business areas including sales, marketing, finance, security, and product and development teams.☛ Improved processes and increased transparency across teams and business units through consulting and collaborating on an end-to-end product approval and workflows for sales and distribution contracts.Project Lead related to legislative changes or changes in company strategy.☛ Directed changes to CRM strategy in light GDPR and new E-Privacy Regulations.
