Current Responsible for directing and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the Resort by managing a team of professional managers and hands on implementation of policies and procedures. Review of organizational structure, manning tables of resort, staff schedules, staff performance and job description throughout the resort. Planning, co-ordination, implementation and followup of training in the resort. To ensure compliance with all local labour laws. Organization of promotional campaigns for food and beverage and SPA in house. Competition and price surveys for formulating price strategies for the resort. Public and guest relations. Responsible for overseeing the security at the resort and ensuring that necessary systems are in place. Responsible for keeping accounts and records in conjunction with the resort accountant. Organizing and analysis of regular inventories. Propose, recommend and ensure that the resort works in conjunction with Royal Exchange (REX) and occupancies are maximized. Review of inter-departmental communication systems through regular meetings, reports etc. Review the equipment and maintenance standards of the entire operation and draw up an action plan to achieve the agreed standard. Maximization of sales volume in all areas.
