• Handling various administrative tasks within the work center.• Maintain stock level, manage and oversee all Distro’s and store transfers. • Good working experience to operate the Oracle, SAP, JDA,RF and AS/400 programs,• Experience in a logistics function including inventory management and control.• Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.• Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data and report discrepancies to management.• Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements. • Working with Distribution Centre Manager to maintains inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, delivering items and securing warehouse. • Working closely with Distribution centre Supervisor to meet warehouse operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.

• Acts as point of contact for associates at the retail stores.• Assists HR and Operations department with various duties and assignments. • Retains confidentiality while creating contracts, wavers, resetting passwords and dealing with various employees’ matters.• Assisted as a Health and Safety representative with Safety program, Participated in committee meetings & observed safe workplace.• Assists in the Health and Safety risk assessment, Coordinates new hire paperwork, and training & start dates and assists with preparation of and participates in job fairs.• Effectively contributes to the development of Policies, Procedures and Training manuals, schedules and participates in interviews, Analyze the potential for internal recruitment/promotion.

• Identify and research new prospects for as potential customers for the bank.• Present the various suitable products to the prospect and show advantage. • Verify the authenticity and ensure the Know Your Customers (KYC) norms.• Complete the required forms and collect identify to open new accounts. • Promote the sale of deposit, investment, credit and loan products and services.• Prepare reports on sales and services parameters as well as contact and meet with the prospects.• Maintain a daily register to capture the forms sent to CPU with other required details for account set up. • Assist clients by proposing solutions to address financial objectives such as business expansions, debt management, investment and business goals.
