I am doing a Professional year that provides me skills for professional and personal growth, requiring in the Australian workplace. I was involved in my first job in Australia as a kitchen hand. After this job, I was selected for a job as an Assistant Administrator in a Transport company. Recently, I started a part-time job as a Junior Analyst in a company. I did voluntary work in UNISA to assist students in different organised events of the University.In my home country-India, I developed my skills in the education industry through the teaching profession for more than 5+ years and also do Voluntary work for needy students.Generic business skills:o I have solved the issues at Autonomy Level 4.o I have done Capstone project in the last semester of my University. The project name was ‘Smart Warehouse’. I engaged with the stakeholders regularly to find the problem and provide a solution.” (Influence – Level4)o I have teaching experience of more than 5 years in my home country India. I performed my duty even in a complex environment by making good relationships through empathy with the students. As a result, my students remember my teaching and getting excellent positions in their studies and extra-co-curricular activities.” (Complexity – Level 5)o In the Professional year, I got a chance to take initiative to write agenda and arrange a meeting with group members. As a result, my instructor and team members choose me as a role of chairperson for every meeting because of my good subject knowledge and presentation skills. I helped those students in the organised events by the UNISA to understand the App and how it works for them. These processes are required for a Logistics company. I worked under Mentor and a Supervisor from the company. I communicated with the different internal and external stakeholders to find the problem and their solutions. My accomplishment from the project is, I learnt different processes, utilise my subject knowledge, develop communication skills and received excellent remarks to present all information in the form of processes in the design phase.
