Current1984- 1988- Formerly known as United Oriental Assurance. I was in the Motor Claims Dept handling Motor Vehicle Accidents, dealing with Transport Dept, Police Dept, various workshops, solicitors & adjusters 1989- 1991-I was transfered to Life Dept, handling payments transaction and issuing receipts upon receiving premium payments from clients which was manually done before being computerized 1992- 2005-Formerly known as AMAL Assurance Bhd(subsidiary of NSTP) & Commerce Life Assurance (subsidiary of Bumiputra Commerce) In charge of registering agents under LIAM, PCE exams, distributing PCE certificates, in charge at the front desk to attend to clients who are making payments for their premium, collecting and in charge of cash collection upon receiving payments from agency force, issuing receipts, attending to customer's enquiries over the phone as well as at the front counter, date entry for new business cases 2006- Moved to KL and joined Life Underwriting Dept. I lead the paramedic services. Sending out orders to paramedic for customers who need to do medical check up. Follow up on their calls to customers, making sure appt date are set, medical reports are received with the TAT, attending to customer's complaints especially when sent to clinics which are not impressive enough, having a once a month meeting with paramedics on various complaints. Dealing with Regional Managers, Personal Financial Consultant, Mobile Sales Force, Branch Managers, SME of CIMB Bank. Attending to customer's enquiries for cases that are declined, postponed or loading imposed by explaining on the medical condition, occupational risks, residential risk. I am also doing underwriting
