I am excited to join Talwar Foundation as the Center Head of their new center in Mayur Vihar. In this role, I lead dynamic teams and spearhead innovative initiatives to drive community development and social impact. With a strong focus on collaboration and excellence, I am committed to creating meaningful change and fostering growth. I am passionate about using my skills and experience to support the foundation's mission and contribute to its success.following will be my role and responsibilities toward my work: 1)Leading and managing the new center, ensuring smooth operations and impactful initiatives.2)Spearheading community development projects, driving social change through innovative programs.3) Overseeing a dynamic team, fostering collaboration, and promoting excellence.

I began my journey with Learning by locals during the pandemic as a volunteer, quickly transitioning to the role of Center Coordinator. In this capacity, I honed my skills in project management, event organization, and teaching, while also developing creative ideas for art and craft activities.

This internship experience taught me alot and helped me to improve my skills.

I worked there as a centre coordinator to organise events and activities for the children.
