Shipr Studio started as a part-time collaborative project born from the team’s love for analog photography. And within a year became a real business that connects photography, event management, and a thriving commercial component.Milestones: — driving business development goals and development of products, ex. opening up 3 franchises in the most influential Russian cities — Sochi, Kazan, and Ekaterinburg. — team supervision, ex. facilitating the creation of both the internal team and external freelancers team up to 18 people.— key clients and partners management to ensure long-term value-based relationships (McKinsey & Company, Badoo Moscow, Splat, Warner Music Russia, Mercury, etc.)

It was an exciting opportunity to work on launching the local information portal about data, insights, and innovations from Google team Russia — Think with Google. My responsibilities for this position were:— management and allocation of all local materials;— communication with Google team in the process of planning and creating content; — contributing editorial pieces.

• Composed press realeses, all kinds of website content on rma.ru site• Wrote news reports and feature articles about art, show business, restaurants and internet managment• Conducted interviews• Coordinated video translations of lectures and workshopes• Built and coordinated a group of freelance photographers and designers • Communicated with press• Initiated and maintained redesign of the RMA Business School web site (rma.ru) • Organized public lectures and events • Worked with social media of the RMA Business School faculties
