FISL layer act as the connectivity platform for all the applications within eFAST and the application outside this domain. Service Factory is a SOA based project which holds responsibility of building Web Services using BEA SOA Suite i.e. ALSB. The SOA platform includes various application layers devoted to different aspects of the system. Consumers access platform through the Access Gateway which takes care of authentication and throttling. After this, requests are handed over to the ESB stack (ALSB) which provides high-level Business Services and low-level Technical Services. The ESB is connected to a series of resources that the services use depending of their definition. Many back end systems are used directly by the ESB Layer; however some of them are too complex and require custom applications which are part of the Adapter Layer.Responsibilities:1.
