As part of the shared services team I am responsible for several integral functions for our Data Centres. Some of my responsibilities include liaising with our customers and implementing their requirements to our Data Centres. I create workflow improvements and assist with implementation. I analyse data and ensure accuracy is kept. I develop databases and implement to encourage record holding.

My time as a Real Estate Salesperson taught me a different perspective on the value of customer service, the necessity of excellent communication and the benefits of building good relationships. I believe all this experience has added further value to my skill set.

Working as an Office Manager at Khalsa Groups gave me the opportunity to gain experience early in my career. My responsibilities included managing the company's rental and investment property portfolio, bookkeeping and managing accounts while also managing the company's daily operations.
