Developed and implemented quality systems to monitor and measure product & process quality such as company quality manual, standard operating procedures, process flow diagrams, control plan, failure modes& effect analysis (FMEA) and associated process documentation & standardization details. Conducted cross functional meetings to address quality issues. Worked with production and engineering to implement corrective actions and follow up to insure compliance.Performed and developed process audits such as internal audit and layered process audit (LPA). Followed up the non-conformance issues from internal, surveillance, and customer audits.Provided design improvement feedback such as performance and environmental testing to engineering department.
