• Supporting managers in running the centre (consisting of 9 employees on average) • Teaching and supporting children aged 4-15 with Maths and English (adhering to the national curriculum)• Responsible for the day to day running of the centre during show-time (3:30pm-8pm)• Providing verbal feedback based on children’s performance/progression for each session • Preparing and planning additional content sessions • Teaching 11+ entrance exam content• Responsible for initial B2C sales encounters, collecting information required and qualifying • Working with a range of new and experienced members (co-assisting with training new staff)• Providing and creating a variety of marketing
