I have been in hospitality industry since year-2000, commencing with a Bachelors Degree from University of Delhi and Hotel Management Diploma in Front Office from Food Craft Institute, Chandigarh, India. Presently pursuing MBA from University of Delhi, India. During the curriculum of the course I acquired training in leading five star hotel Le Meridien New Delhi. I gained my work experience in rooms division and revenue management throughout from the grassroots level of a front office assistant to the Director Revenue Management and other operational departments like Rooms Division & F&B in hotel companies i.e. Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Rotana Hotels & Resorts, Taj Hotels, Millennium & Copthorne Hotels and Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts Hotels in different location around India, South East Asia & Middle East. Alongside gaining my work experience I also acquired proficiency in a foreign languages-French (Basic). This was due to my passion for foreign languages as well as in anticipation of fulfilling the needs of my customers in their own languages.In my recent portfolio of Revenue Management since November.2003, I have acquired exposure in various aspects of revenue management through formal trainings & seminars. This role requires me to work closely with Front office, Sales & Marketing, Room Reservations & Golf Club to monitor room & rate inventories.Specialties: Total Revenue Management, CRS, GDS, E-commerce, Rooms Division and F&B Operations Management.
