I'm responsible for the societies income and outgoings, as well as the relationship we have with any external agencies.By my first week, I was already working on developing a managment system for the society, and attending conferences with names in the Student Esports industry to see how I could help our society grow.- Arranged Multiple Contracts for different sponsors, partnerships, and hired staff- Ensured that the other committee members and appointed managers performed the tasks expected of them to a reasonable standard within and appropriate timeframe- Coordinated with external organisations and members of the extended community to set up and organise charity events- Organised and delivered Monthly LAN events which were run to raise money for charity.
