• Coordinate with internal departments for planning, organizing and execution of various marketing events or campaigns. • Track and monitor the performance of campaigns and advertising. • Manage and update organization’s website. • Write, design and optimize content and related graphics for organization’s social media channels. • Liaise and work with media suppliers, agencies and other vendors. • Perform ad hoc project as assigned.

• Perform onsite duties and ad hoc jobs as assigned by the organizer. • Assist organizer in running the exhibition and answer inquiries for exhibitors & visitors. • Operating the customer service counter. • Provide support for on-site operations and logistics.

• Arrange air ticket for all members (Cathay Pacific Marco polo club)• Handle the members’ phone calls• Deal with a variety of customers and satisfy their need• Use reservation system (Amadeus) to arrange the flight booking

• Responsible for general administrative and clerical works• Handle all of the operating issues of interactive gallery• Accommodate every guest• Deal with the co-operational problems between the supplier and departments

• Responsible for issue the air ticket and solve any problem about the air ticket• Provide an excellent ticketing service for the customers• Deal with the variety of customers and cater to their need• Arrange customers flight booking and reconfirming reservations
