As a property investor, I am extremely passionate about property! I love converting houses into homes while helping to address the housing shortage the country is facing. So many houses in the UK are empty or need renovation to become habitable. These are the types of houses I add some TLC to and convert into family homes.I have the knowledge and have had intensive training allowing me to minimise risks. I have built relationships with estate agents allowing me to access relevant properties, as and when they come to market. Agents also know that I commit to my deals and can purchase properties fast as I have a solid power team working with me to get all my deals over the line in a timely manner I calculate all my offers based on various criteria and have a buffer to ensure I make a healthy profit on all my deals. My greatest strength is helping people find solutions and my property education has equipped me with the tools needed. I have the skills to assist people encountering a range of problems such as difficulties selling, negative equity, short lease properties, etc and I can even help prevent repossessions! Due to the number of deals I am able to secure, it allows me to invest on behalf of people wanting to get better returns than what they get from the bank. My investors are happy with higher returns and the homebuyers or tenants are happy living in the good quality accommodation I have managed to provide them with. Win win! I also spend a day a week running art classes for elderly or retired individuals giving them the opportunity to socialise whilst learning a new skill. They also showcase their work in an end of term exhibition where they can be the stars of the show! We are currently fundraising for a local hospice by selling off artwork that the students have kindly donated.
