Assist Customer Experience Center (CEC) with all call types such as switchboard, answering services, Allina Home Care Services, Critical Care calls, and advance scheduling for 90+ plus clinics and specialties. Responsible for scheduling outbound to ensure continuity of care and support Allina Health’s efforts its focus on reducing preventable readmissions. Focus on scheduling 5-day follow-up appointments with primary care providers for patients discharging from the Allina Health Hospitals.In addition, I was apart of the Customer Experience Specialist Senior team, assisting with scheduling hospitals medical imaging services, breast centers, and the United infusion center appointments for about a year.

Responsible for maintaining the definitions documents guidelines focusing on specialists ability to resolve a customer’s issue. Take on special projects by assisting with the team manager certification program. This program is designed to assist team managers whose variance results on the monthly team manager scorecards indicate that coaching and development needs to be performed in order to improve their variance metrics. The ultimate goal of the program is to ensure that the team manager understands their respective customer experience guidelines and demonstrates on a consistent basis how to apply them when evaluating the calls of their specialists.Creating tips, recognize trends and communicate to specialists team manager, review call sessions, educate them on what went well on the calls, what could have been done better, etc.Attend conference call periodically with team members to discuss calibrations calls and focusing on action times.Answered inbound calls to assist customers with services request, check on order status, activate equipment devices, trouble shooting, and many more.
