• Talent Acquisition: Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future job openings, lead sourcing strategies.• Employer Branding: Implement branding activities both online and offline to attract potential candidates and position the company as an employer of choice.• Candidate Experience: Manage all aspects of the candidate experience, from application to communication, to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates.• Business Growth Plans: Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans and ensure that the recruitment process is aligned with the overall business objectives.• Recruitment Team Management: Manage, train, and evaluate the team of recruiters to ensure that they meet the recruitment goals.• Applicant Tracking System: Verify and maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure that candidate information, and hiring statuses are up-to date and reliable.• Training and Development: Develop and implement training and development programs for employees at all levels to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance. This includes identifying training needs, designing and delivering training sessions, measuring training effectiveness.
