Suki is currently working as a Structural E.I.T. at Enerflex. With interests in renewable energy, project management, and infrastructure design, there are numerous software/programs that Suki has become familiar with, such as SFRAME and SSTEEL, CEASAR II, Microsoft Office 365 (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/SharePoint/Teams/Outlook/Project/Visio), AutoCAD, BlueBeam, and NavisWorks.From exposure to projects extending locally, nationally, and globally, Suki has been continuously developing her skills and knowledge in working with various regional codes and standards including NBCC, CSA S16, AISC 7, AS 4100, and IBC. Over the 2+ years that Suki has been with Enerflex, her most memorable project was that of the first Carbon Capture and Storage technologies that was completed in 2023. The project presented many challenges and required unique considerations which allowed for lots of new experiences to be gained. This pivotal moment marked the beginning of a new branch to the future of energy infrastructure. At this time, Suki would like to explore new areas within the engineering field as an EIT to obtain as many different skills and experiences as possible while utilizing and improving her current skill set.
