She is a passionate advocate for inclusive representation of women, especially women of colour, in film and television. Her unwavering commitment as an activist on women’s issues has earned her international recognition, including a Generation T Award (Top 50 most influential people changing and shaping society in Singapore), a nomination and shortlist for The Asian Women of Achievement Awards, Women of the Future Awards, and the United Nations Women’s HeForShe Impact Award.
