- Handle incoming chats from social media platforms- Provide service information, solutions and support such as: Product and subscription application support, Billing and support for payment issues, Customer data and support for customer data updates, Technical constraints and technical support for problems or complaints experienced by customers.- Create tickets for all incoming questions or complaints through the digital channel platform and forward to the relevant team (if the case requires action / checking from other fields)- Coordinate with Team Leaders in handling certain cases and maintain Service Levels with the entire Team - Confirm to the customer that the question or complaint has been resolved.
