Responsibilities:Equipment repair and preventive maintenance on CAT and Drill machine.Fault diagnostic testing adjusting and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic and Electrical on CAT machineAnalyzing component failures and finding solutions.Make it rebuild section for CATERPILLAR Engine : 3306,3406,3500Series,C9,C27,C32Make it rebuild Powertrain and Hydraulic components. Ensuring support equipment and tooling is kept in high condition and completeness.

• Preventive maintenance and service organization.• Parts interpretation and organization.• Make it daily report direct to Maintenance Manager.• Fault diagnostics and troubleshooting include mechanical, hydraulic and Electrical.• Analyzing component failures and finding solutions.• Ensuring support equipment and tooling is kept in high condition and completeness.• Being a positive influence and motivator, and to be seen as a role model and guide to the work force.• Ensuring Drill achieves the highest safety, health and environmental performance, and implementing inspections, audits and general housekeeping practices to the workforce whilst striving for the highest Safety rating possible.• Make it rebuild section for CAT engine, Rotation Head and Compressor

Prepare, compile and master the literature and training tools to be used in the training.Personally coach on the class, explain, inform and supervise participant with lack of understandable on training material explained during the teaching & learning process.Review, analyze and apply modules and training tools to be executed to the training participant

Analyze and conduct repair and maintenance (i.e. all adjustment and calibration, testing, etc) of various problem on engine/power train/hydraulic system/fuel system/auto electrical.Analyze and conduct troubleshooting on any operations faults or damage occurred to engine,power train,hydraulic system/fuel system/auto electrical.Perform machine troubleshooting and perform test,assembly disassembly,remove and install minor and major(Overhaul) machine Caterpillar and components
