Testing web based software applications using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Testing methods used: Manual Testing, Regression Testing, Confirmation Testing, Smoke Testing, Mobile Testing, Maintenance Testing, Exploratory Testing, Browser Compatibility Testing, Integration Testing, Usability Testing.Responsibilities in general: -Writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases;-Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities;-Perform tests in the estimated time set;-Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs;-Report defects and follow up their life cycle.Responsibilities on the 2 current projects: -On the first project: - Act as a mediator between issues tested by other testers and developers; - Review JIRA tickets, their contents and comments; - Assert the validity of the raised issue, the supporting evidence and corroborate with the selected severity; - In selected case address the severity when there is a valid concern and obvious discrepancy with the issue owner; - Make sure the documented issues go in "Ready for development" and be assigned to developers; - Flag to the Product Owner potential change requests or questions regarding potential business impact he has got not enough information to proceed on;- On the second project: - Review the priorities of the "Backlog" issues and move appropriately to "Ready for Development" when severity is Major or Higher; - Perform Smoke/Sanity Test Cases and proceed within given estimates; - Signal potential discrepancies in estimates or unforeseen circumstances; - Follow the same rules of making sure the issues are appropriately assigned and moved to the appropriate column for developers to be able to work on; - Flag to the Product Owner potential change requests or questions regarding potential business impact he has got not enough information to proceed on.

Testing Gameloft game applications developed specifically for iOS devices,by using in-house tools for manual testing and report the issues found(bugs) into the Quality Assurance Data Base (QADB);Perform functional and non-functional testing using Black box and Greybox techniques, following design documents provided by the developmentteam, complying with Apple's requirements, internal procedures andproject's specific per-requisites to insure that the specific conditions ofeach project are observed;Maintenance testing – testing changes made due to system extensions oradditional features implemented (game features implemented in eachupdate);Regression testing – testing the game in order to check if it was affectedby newly implemented features;Test the performance of the applications under stress and non-stressconditions;Test the management memory of the applications using Instruments fromxCode and iExplorer;Create workflows to verify the system’s functionality;Ad Hoc testing for quick fixes (also smoke / confidence tests);Compatibility testing on a wide range of device models, firmware andemulators;Memory and memory leak tests - recording the peak values of the CPU,GPU and RAM usage;Taking part in meetings and proposing solutions and testing procedures;Assigning bug priorities and reporting to superiors about the major issues that are encountered on the project.Creating and performing different test cases in order to trigger different issues inside the application.I was also a device manager in a team of 50 people, bringing devices each morning, and gathering them after work, resolving technical problems, making daily reports of the devices used and trading devices between all the teams, also doing reports on all the used devices at the end of each update of the project.
