Sukriti Dua is a trauma-informed psychologist and a dance/movement therapy facilitator. Having done her post graduation in Clinical Psychology, she has also completed certifications in Dance/Movement Therapy (CMTAI) and Trauma Informed Care (TISS). Having an experience of 7 years, she has worked with children of various needs via schools, NGOs, intervention centers and private organizations through counseling and DMT. She currently has her own private practice through her venture- Mentally Yours, and also offers consultancy through other mental health organizations, catering to individuals across the ages: from adolescents to adults. Being the Course Co-Director cum faculty for CMTAI’s certificate program she holds a deep interest in group work which is also extended to conducting workshops with schools, universities, corporates etc. across Delhi NCR and Bangalore. With her vast experience across the sectors, she also teaches on DMT and Psychology programs and offers supervision to early career therapists too. Her major interests lie in applying her therapeutic knowledge with different populations, spreading awareness about mental health, facilitating positive mental health and pursuing her passion for dance alongside.
